Formerly Normandy Park Yoga, our new location is in Des Moines, Washington is open now.

Our Yoga Studio was established in July of 2002.  Early on we were located in Normandy Park, Washington, a quiet community on Puget Sound just outside Seattle, Washington.  After five years at that location we had outgrown the space.   In 2007 Karuna Arts Yoga, LLC, moved to Burien, Washington, just four miles from our original location. Now we have finally arrived at our permanent location in Des Moines, Washington just steps from the waterfront on Puget Sound.

Karuna Arts Yoga flourishes as the local yoga studio for the individual.  We offer safe yoga teachings with an emphasis on therapeutic application.  Each student can choose private instruction, private yoga therapy, or group yoga classes.
