Join us one Sunday each month for deeper study of the asanas. These workshops are designed for students who have one year of yoga practice/experience.  Join us from 1:00 to 3:00 pm* Sunday afternoons, $20/session.

Immerse yourself in a wellness retreat on Mexico's Caribbean Coast.  Intentionally go deep inside as you nurture your body, mind and spirit with yoga, meditation and walks on the beach.

Uno Astrolodge is a secluded eco-resort located on the Caribbean side of the Yucatan. The food is mainly pescatarian, namely vegetarian including fresh seafood, three meals will be served each day.  Yoga and meditation with Anne in this place rooted deep in Mayan history offers a unique and memorable opportunity to go deep inside.  Additional optional activities can be added/ arranged at Uno Astrolodge for an additional fee:  Healing treatments on site.  Uno can arrange tours to visit the main mayan archeological sites such as Chichen Itza or Coba.  Cenotes and other subterranean water formations make this area the biggest underwater chain system in the world, or have Uno connect you with a dive or snorkel tour to a barrier reef.

Your yoga guide, Anne Basco, a yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance, encourages a mindful, intelligent experience uniting breath, mind, and body allowing the yoga to meet you where you are in the moment and in your life. With 23 years of experience combined in Physical Therapy and Yoga Instruction, Anne brings a unique blend of observation, awareness and compassion to each student.

Prices include accommodations, three meals per day, and yoga classes with Anne daily.*

Receive a 10% discount if paid in full by end of business January1, 2010.  A non-refundable deposit of $500 holds your space, deposits are not transferable.  Remember to book early to reserve the accommodations of your choice.
